Jennifer A. Weigand

The home of heartbreaking, angsty fiction and strong characters facing illness and trauma. Oh, and free bookmarks (subscribe below to download).

About Jennifer

Since giving herself permission to write again in her mid-thirties, Jennifer’s fiction has earned an honorable mention in Creation Magazine’s The Midnight Hour Anthology and is forthcoming in Johns Hopkins’s Tendon Magazine, and her poetry and short stories have appeared in multiple other literary magazines and anthologies.

Jennifer writes fiction and poetry for readers who’ve known illness, trauma and the ache of loneliness.

A medical speech-language pathologist by day, she also co-leads a women’s writing group, runs less than three miles, and tries not to pet every dog she sees.
